Midwest Winter Vacation
Add a few more hours onto your drive time. Biloxi\Gulfport area took us about 14 hours strait through from Des Moines. Easy drive. Enjoyed the 75-80 degree temps. Walked the beaches and took a few back water tours. We were about an hour from New Orleans so went to the french quarter for the day. -

Adding screened in porch
That is about what a friend was quoted for roughly the same thing. Ended up at about a third the cost by just having the roof part done. We built the rest of it. I would agree with the above comment that builders can pretty much name their price right now. -
