    That we remain a high-level program in that light is a credit to Iowa State. When you see people jump ship for some perceived advantage, maybe for them it works. On average we are pretty stable, effective, competitive, and a good place to be.

    Joint stress is real in BB. Erin Brocka after her first season as the Director of Strength and Conditioning for Iowa State women's basketball, must be focused on protecting Audi's knees especially. Diet, strength, and conditioning can help.
