SC's performance is better. I sent him a tweet right after the game about it. Anyway, Scotty got some love from Eric Bossi. Twitter -

And the memories of the last few years against Drake...it was the only game Lucca ever showed up for.....and I don't miss it

It's hard to even know where to start with that game.
When's the last time we beat somebody anywhere near relevant by 48?

I like this year's team. Though there is no 'Fizer' or 'Tinsley' -like players, the team overall has that same lack of depth that the Fizer/Tinsley year did. Back then, there was no choice but to play through adversity. I wonder if the same kind of mindset will show up in this year's undermanned team? No one can expect such great results , but a little adversity sometimes helps to bring out the best in players.

When Scotty left the game he was ahead of Drake 29-28. Think about that one for a second.

Kennesaw and @ Virginia will be interesting match-ups as well.

And forgot about the Virginia game.

The Fizer/Tinsley era had a lot of talent on the team.
Back to subject. What a great and dominating win with only 10 players!

Re: ***OFFICIAL POSTGAME THREAD****
Some good stats from the game:
Everyone that is eligible scored. No Drake player scored more than 8 points.
We had 21 assists, Drake had 20 turnovers.
Drake shot 22%, we shot 54%.
Shot only 36% from 3-point range, still had 91 points.
Garrett had a poor shooting game from 3, going 0-for-6, but still had 14 points and 10 assists.
Christopherson's 11-for-11 was remarkable. I though he got lucky on a few shots in the first half that somehow rolled in for him.
Christopherson was beating Drake 29-28 when he was taken out of the game.
Droppin' 3's like my name is Scotty C.

We will beat Iowa by at least 15 and I'll be there to see it in person. -

Me, too. Iowa loves to turn it over, and we love to oblige. I think that's a fun game to be at, and I can't wait. Only two weeks!

Re: ***OFFICIAL POSTGAME THREAD****
Just think if we could tack on White/Babb/Allen/Booker to the rotation . . .
