Nachos issue at Hilton

Last night I purchased nachos and was told that the concession stand didn't have jalapenos, but I could get them at the walking taco stand. So, I go to the taco stand and I am told that they can not give me any jalapenos. I thought she was joking, but no. This situation has to be rectified or we are faced with possibly losing most of our fan base. Anyone have the same experience?

Well i went to go buy one of their big pretzles and i almost broke my teeth on it because it was so stale.

Yeah, the pretzels are cold. Not room temperature, straight up cold like they were taken out of a fridge. The concessions are not only extremely limited, but they are really low quality. It seems like an easy fix to me but I guess there must be more to it.

This is precisely why our effort to join the MWC failed.

Bush league.

I really wanted Papa Johns last night. Can't believe that's gone...

I was wondering when HyVee's area will open up. The walking tacos have been good and I wonder about the pork sandwhiches...

The concessions company is Levy Restaurants, out of Chicago. Email them here with your complaint, and copy JP. That's what I've done.

Has anybody else noticed that the price of the Clone Cone has gone up 50 cents and the size has gone down? Not a huge deal to me as I feel the money I'm paying on concessions goes to the Athletic Department's bottom line but I always wish for more ice cream.

Concessions at both venues are border line horrible.

I did email Levy Restaurants with a few complaints from Jack Trice Stadium. I did receive an email back.

They need to add Mcdonalds at Hilton ;0)

Levy has pretty good rep for this kind of thing. Send an email to corporate, and it should filter down to the facility manager.

They replied to me too. But nothing changes.

Jamie also emailed me back, saying he is "very proud" of the job that Levy is doing...:confused:

Also, did you notice that the Clone Cones last night were a little extra frozen. Didn't really have that usual soft-serve texture. What is this world coming to!?!
