I came on to see if he had eaten his crow yet. I really don't want to delve into this abortion of a thread any further, though.

UNI is a good team, they will make a run in the MVC and even if they are second I think they will make it in.

We played like crap...can't happen again but it will, given time that will change with talent and experience. UNI did a phenomenal job keeping us off the boards and well...we ran the other way.

I would like to say that Hoiberg will get it turned around in Ames, but thinking that Iowa State could beat UNI by 20-25 is just idiotic UNI will always play defense and play hard which is hard to beat Milwaukee which is a game a lot of State fans referred to leading up to the game will be the low point of the season and this team will get better through out the season. I hope that the Cyclones continue and grow throughout the season and make some noise in the Big 12 any win you have helps our RPI, and hey it would be nice to see another state school beat Kansas

Why is it that you guys keep mentioning your RPI?? It won't matter. Your conference is down and it will only get one team in the dance. That one team won't be UNI.

I am sick of hearing all the potential weaknesses ISU could have going into UNI dome tonight. UNI did beat a decent KU team last year and Kudos to them! But that's just one tournament. Little guys have nothing to lose when they go up against the bigs like KU. But that's then and its over.


There is absolutely no way ISU will not blow past UNI tonight. This coaching staff alongwith the scout team give us every chance to BLOW past UNI than years past. The fans need to be confident and stop thinking ISU can lose tonight.

Come on Clones, show'em who the big kids are in all of Iowa. ISU basketball is back! The mayor is back! End of discussion! :)
