Found this interesting stat:

Jake Anderson leads the conference in total rebounds with 111 and is third in rebounds per game with 8.538.

and then added these for good measure:

Garrett, Christopherson, and Anderson are 4th, 5th, and 8th in minutes per game played respectively.

Christopherson and Garret are 1 & 2 in 3FGA with 82 and 78 (probably not a good thing for DG).

DG leads the conference in total steals and assists thus far with 28 and 78 respectively. He also leads the conference with 6.0 assists per game and is second in steals per game with 2.154. Garrett is also responsible for 34% of the assists credited to ISU.

JVB is second in the conference in blocks per game with 2.077.

I'm really interested to see how our style of play holds up during the conference schedule. We are a lot of fun to watch and we've got some really impressive players. It's the minutes played that worries me as we get further into the schedule. These stats are really eye-opening and I'm curious to see how they change or hold up over the first 10 or so conference games. Thanks for posting.

I'm really psyched to see how we do against Big 12 competition. Some of those stats will not change dramatically but others will tell the tail I believe.

Hell of a job by Fred and staff.

Pretty good for Anderson who is only 6'2.

That's a lot of threes for Garrett to be attempting. I don't have a problem with him taking a few since he's shot them better this year, but I don't want him taking as many as Christopherson.

I hate to be the turd in the punchbowl here, but when you are (a) playing the most minutes in the league, (b) on one of the fastest teams in the league, (c) playing the worst schedule in the league, you are going to put up some numbers.

What are the 3 pt %'s for DG and Scotty? Having shot about the same number, im guessing scotty is close to 50% and DG is 25%. Quit shooting the damn 3-ball Garrett!!

So you've hinted at your opinion, but when other teams in the conference see these numbers are more people thinking it's because we don't play anyone or do they think, "hey, ISU may not be as bad as we thought they'd be."

I hope they overlook us, we will knock off teams that do.
