Im optimistic about this one too, UVA is by no means a great team but a road test against an ACC school is a great test heading into Big 12 play.

Off topic question, how come we've played UVa 3 times recently? I think its a cool match up but just seems odd we'd play them 3 times in a 5 or 6 years span. You just usually don't see that from teams that aren't rivals or aren't geographically close.

Thinking about paying an extra $10 to get the sports pack on my dish. Wondering how many more games I might get on this package though. To far from any major city in eastern iowa to go looking for it at a bar, and none of them will probably have it anyways.

This way I could watch a little more hockey too.

Virginia has the same type of pace as UNI. It would be nice to see us take a team out of their game plan and have the score in the 80s w/ a 15 point victory.

I have DTV, but in the menu guide, there is not an HD symbol next to the game. I really hope it is not in SD.

You sometimes get pro games on it, but a lot are usually blacked out. College games are not blacked out as much.

It's kind of like owning a pickup for most people. The 5 days a year you need it, it's gold, the other 360 days, just give me a car.

UVA looked good against Minnesota and that was the only time I've seen them. They have their best players back as well.

I'll be very surprised if we walk out with a W. It's possible, but we better shoot well and stay out of foul trouble. Two things that are difficult on the road.
