We will upset a couple of teams in Hilton this year. I think they will be Mizzou and Baylor. I see us finishing 7-9 for a overall record of 20-11 and good enough for the NIT.

Re: Conference Season Predictions
Six wins plus the first one in conference tournament plus 13 equals 20, better then the rigid McD 15.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style. -

I think this is probably pretty close. I think we'll get either K-State or Baylor. If something happened and we got both, then we really lose our minds.

Re: Conference Season Predictions
Using mred's Big 12 generator here: mred's Big 12 Tournament Bracket Generator
I got this... 1. Kansas (13 - 3) 2. Texas (12 - 4) 3. Oklahoma State (11 - 5) 4. Texas A&M (11 - 5) 5. Kansas State (11 - 5) 6. Missouri (10 - 6) 7. Baylor (10 - 6) 8. Iowa State (7 - 9) 9. Colorado (4 - 12) 10. Oklahoma (3 - 13) 11. Texas Tech (3 - 13) 12. Nebraska (1 - 15)
I think we could beat Colorado in the Big 12 Tourney first round, but dont see us going any further than that. Finish at about 21-12, and possible bubble NIT.

@Kansas St LOSS Interesting way to predict the conference. Using that bracket generator this is what I came up with. 1. Kansas (14 - 2) Defeated Texas based on head-to-head record. 2. Texas (14 - 2) Lost to Kansas based on head-to-head record. 3. Missouri (13 - 3) 4. Kansas State (11 - 5) 5. Texas A&M (10 - 6) 6. Baylor (8 - 8) 7. Oklahoma State (7 - 9) Defeated Iowa State based on head-to-head record. 8. Iowa State (7 - 9) Lost to Oklahoma State based on head-to-head record. 9. Nebraska (4 - 12) 10. Colorado (3 - 13) Defeated Oklahoma based on head-to-head record. 11. Oklahoma (3 - 13) Lost to Colorado based on head-to-head record. 12. Texas Tech (2 - 14) -
Re: Conference Season Predictions
I'm going to say we go 6-10...and get into the NIT.

I don't think we are playing as well as we were early in the year (mostly not shooting as well) so I'll stick with the 18 wins, but since we have 13 already, that means 5 wins in conference.
Split with both NU & CU. Beat Tech & OU and then pick up one more somewhere.

It will take a near .500 conference record and at least one win the conference tourney to even be considered. 6-10 record wont do much for the NIT. Without 20 wins, the NIT probably wont even look at ISU.
