I used to get so mad at his post play. It looks like CFH has struck a good balance in his game. And that's why Fred is coach.

Yes i agree. However, he just had a turnover a few minutes ago from dribbling through traffic. He also did it several times against KU.

I think he's taken some unfair criticism at times about his energy level/work ethic, but I think it should be remembered that he's playing a ton of minutes, and he's our only real big guy.
