Stop with the "Is Hilton magic back?"
Stop with all the “is the magic back” talk. It is too subjective to label. There is no one way to describe it. There is no measurable level to compare it too. If fans are leaving the game with voices lost and ears ringing but overly excited for the next chance to lose it again, then it’s back. If you watch the game on TV only because you had no means of being there but would give anything to have been, then it’s back. When the fans can’t wait to fill their seats and our players can’t wait to take the court while the opposing team doesn’t want to, then its back. It’s not about wins or losses. It’s not about noise level. It’s about the anticipation for each great thing that happens inside of Hilton Coliseum and the passion that explodes when it does, whether it is a steal, block, shot, dunk, or amazing win. For me, it came back to life when Fred first addressed Cyclone nation as Head coach. Stop trying to measure it. Get your *** to a game and just enjoy that Magic feeling!
