I'm hearing that the men's basketball team is stuck in Oklahoma. Right now, the decision is to come back to Ames (when they get the chance) or go straight to Columbia for Saturday's game withe Missouri.
This doesn't bode well for the weekend. OT game + no practice with the actual practice squad + 40 minutes of hell defense = rough day.
Green hills for thy throne, and for crown a golden melody/Ringing in the hearts of all who bring thee love and loyalty/Dear Alma Mater, make our spirits great True and valiant like the bells of I-O-WA STATE!
It could be that the reason they didn't head back to ames is because it snowed a few inches here. People for some reason can't understand this fluffy, slippery white stuff that falls from the sky here. They seem to think that pulling out in front of me when I'm going 40 as if it is a normal day is okay, but they also, most of them at least, won't go faster than 15mph. I've probably seen as many wrecks on the way to and from school today than I would have seen in about half of winter in Iowa.
You can't die. That would upset the equilibrium in the Cave.
