    I dont know if id be smiling bout this....a one year transfer thats proven to be average at best over an incoming freshman with loads of potential in freds system not exactly making me pumped. Hopefully this story is just about Elgin moving to a different district to be in a better environment

    In February of his senior year of high school? How does this give anybody the impression he is going to graduate and be eligible next year?
