anyone know when this free throw contest goes down. They both are a perfect 75 for 75. Also I looked at the rest of the coaches. Why are coaches able to shoot free throws so much better than players. Everyone of the coaches is just killing it. Even Tubby Smith who is over 60 hit 25 for 25 in one round. Rediculous.
Nobody but HB knows for sure. You pretty much know nothing....like Knownothing would like to say.
A lot of players could do this in non game situations. No pressure and no fatigue.
This. I doubt our receivers drop a lot of balls in practice, either. That and the guys competing in tournaments like this are great free throw shooters to begin with.
The chances of the Hoiberg/Alford contest going to like 50 shots is fairly high, I think.
Alford was a better free throw shooter in College than the Mayor. barely. However, Fred had 10 years in the NBA and has played more recently. This could go either way. I actually always like Alford until he became a Hawkeye. Starting to like him again. Now I hope Fred Destroys him though.

They don't really have a set time, they just have one matchup each month. Each coach has to shoot them in practice separately, with an assistant recording the results. Maybe they'll just do so many tie-breakers they won't get done before the end of February.
