I think you can make a case for Godfrey being player of the game today. Huge blocks, got a steal at a crucial time, and perfect from the line.

Knew this team would get another win down the stretch, they've been in too many games not to. Awesome job, was an all around team effort.

I can't say as I "knew" they would win another one. It has been a rough season, as evidenced by me staying away from the b-ball board for a while, but this CROWD AND TEAM really really deserved this win. What heart. To be on that losing streak and having so much bad luck in this game and finally get through it.

The love is back. It was there all along but getting a little ragged. I have tingles knowing that we're making sure the cornholers go yet another year without an NCAA tourney win. 4 more game till I can hope they tear up the over-rated 10.

I'm just happy for the players. They were long overdue for a win in this kind of game. JVB high fiving the fans standing courtside after the game was a great scene. I hope they can sneak out another win, but if they can't then being able to play the spoiler role against Nebby isn't a bad consolation prize.

I don't think that its yet out of the question that the big XII sends 6 or 7.

Nebby was way over performing. Baylor and OKST still have a shot and I'll be rooting for them. Slim though it is. Just didn't want Nebby in.

I'm happy, but not giddy - we're still 15-14 (2-12). It feels awesome that we finally won one of those close games that we've played this season, but it's still been a long season with close loss after close loss. I'm not trying to be Debbie Downer here - after this season I'm actually really encouraged and looking forward to next season. If Hoiberg and Lutz can have us playing this well with questionable, short talent, imagine what he can do when he gets players in here.

Well he's certainly clutch against ISU. He has career games and shoots out of his arse against us.
