Senior Night
Please be in your seat early Wednesday night. It seems like every year there aren't many people there for the ceremony. It's a special night. At the Nebraska game the stands were pretty empty 10 minutes before the game. LET'S GO CYCLONES!!

Re: Senior Night
There has hardly been a ceremony the last few years.
I've seen Senior Night for volleyball: video package for every player, framed jersey, flowers, big production.
I've seen Senior Night at Nebraska for MBB: highlights for every single player, framed jersey, big production.
I've seen 3 straight Senior Nights here, and they've been pathetic. "Here's a senior." Young man waves. That is about it. We really need to do something special with this thing, and especially for the only 4-year player we've seen in a long, long time.

Re: Senior Night
Yes.....leave EARLY!! Let's all remember the last time we were able to honor a 4 year player---that was Rahshon Clark in 2006. The time before that? Probably Jake Sullivan. That's 3 4 year players in probably 7 years.

Re: Senior Night
I've always enjoyed the wbb senior night ceremony. After the game each senior give's a speech threw the PA system to thank everyone and share there favorite memories as a cyclone. I would like to see the men switch over to something like this.

I agree. I think the framed jerseys is a great idea. I'm not sure if the men would really be interested in giving speeches like the women.

Also I know the kansas men do the same type of thing as our women and they have a had a lot of succes with it.

But yes DG deserves perhaps the biggest applause of all time at Hilton for being the lone survivor all the way through of McDump.

Re: Senior Night
I think the 6:30 tip-off will hinder fans being there early.
