ESPN3 Blackout

I've asked this before, but does anyone know a reason why ESPN3 would be blacked out in Chicago (RCN) for these Big 12 Tournament games? The OSU/NU game on now is blacked out, and I just know the ISU game will be too. I assume they would only be blacked out if there was a local channel broadcasting the games, but there is not. There, indeed, is no local channel option, and the coverage map does not show that it should be blacked out in my area.

If anyone else is in Chicago, are you getting the games on ESPN3? What ISP are you on?

I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something obvious before I call my cable company and start yelling at people.

I'm in Chicago on AT&T and am getting the OSU/NU game through ESPN3. Must be an issue with RCN.
