    Jamie V

What was up with him today? He threw up a lot of terrible shots including the contested fade away nba 3 pointer when we were down 2 with 30 seconds left. He put the ball on the floor to much and got out of control which caused a few turnovers. He shot the fade away 2 feet from the hoop and missed. He did not look like himself today.

He was terrible today. No other way around it.

JVB is either unstoppable, or terrible. There's usually nothing in between.

What i find suprising is JVB looked like he didnt care much, ever since his senior day video when he basically said I cant wait to be done, i feel like i've been in school forever, yeah that statement made me think he wasnt to enthusiatic about playing aynmore

Christopherson didn't play well either. Still proud of the effort today, just didn't get it done again.

Happy to have some new blood in next year, I cannot put up with JVB or DG anymore.

Love Jake's game, thought he was our best clutch player all year, don't know why we can't get him the ball at the end. Rather than DG driving into 3 people, or JVB hoisting fade away 3's.

JVB is the only 6'11 guy in the country that couldn't rebound or play defense to save his ***. All he wanted to do was shoot threes his whole career. I for one, will not miss him. He was a burden when he couldn't shoot.

I thought the shot at the end by JVB was a good shot. Came very close to getting it to fall and if it would have I think we would have went on to win.

reminder to keep it respectful. Saying a player played terribly is one thing. Saying they were "pathetic" is quite another. Keep it nice or be gone.

    This.

On top of that he was lazy and didn't seem to care unless his shots were falling.

A turn-around-fade-away from beyond NBA range isn't a good shot unless you're trying to beat the buzzer. That was an awful shot.

    Re: Jaime V

Did anyone see the shot of Lutz talking to him and he was just staring blankly into the distance like he wasn't even listening? Didn't even nod his head. I need to change my Avatar.

On a side note, I hate losing all the ####ing time!
Hilton Coliseum was specifically built to hold in sound with a solid concrete structure, steel doors, and a crowd that sits just a few feet from the court. With a fan base that frequently ranks among the nations largest crowds, players from opposing teams, as well as Iowa State, have said that the floor has shaken due to the loudness of the crowd

It wasn't a good shot, but damn near fell. I think the game takes over for some of these guys and they are unable to process a second option - get so stuck on the first option coach gave them. There was plenty of time left to run a different play.

    Re: Jaime V

He just threw it up like he didn't care. Makes me wonder if he didn't trust DG with the last second shot.
