Cowley head coach Tommy DeSalme was happy to see McGee finish as the top vote getter in the region.
“I am glad to know the other coaches saw how much he brought to the table every night,” DeSalme said. “This is a special award for a special kid.”

Unfortunately Cowley didn't make it to the NJCAA Tournament. I was hoping to go see him play in person.
