Even though we're not deep at PG, we've got capable ball handlers in Allen, McGee, and SC. I think that Sledge will work his way slowly, and get a lot more minutes when Allen and SC are gone.

Well I really don't know. I think Godfrey will get around what Booker is getting and I think Sledge could get like 10 minutes. Babb like 25-30. It is tough though because we will be so deep. I agreed with pretty much everyone else you said. Being a fan of Sledge I'm just hoping he gets solid minutes because he will be so much fun to watch.

Re: Jarion Henry
I would love to get a late signee in a guy like Henry.

Re: Jarion Henry
I'd expect to see minutes broken out more like this:
White 30
Godfrey 24
Booker 18
Railey 2
Ejim 20
SC 25
Allen 32
McGee 28
Babb 19
Bubu/Odunsi/Sledge 2

Re: Jarion Henry
Young would be the perfect get, but the biggest issue would be Lucious.
Coleman will always be my first choice.
Combine Joe in 11 with Okoro and Dingle in 12 then Jok, a PG and a big or two in 13 and we are living large.

I watched Babb play a lot while he was at Penn St. I don't think there's much doubt that Scotty is a better all-around player. Better ball handler, and better at creating his own shot. Babb has an edge at man-to-man defense, IMHO, but Scotty is still a solid defender.
It will be good to sub in a legit 3-point threat at SG...how often did that happen last year? And nice to get Scotty more rest next year. He looked pretty tired towards the end of the year, and i think that affected his game and his 3-pt shooting. They need to cut his minutes/game down for him to be effective come February.

Thanks pal. I got clobbered yesterday for suggesting Scotty could play some minutes at PG. A lot of Fanatics are going to need counseling before fall if we don't get this lineup thing settled soon. -

The real point i was trying to make is that it will be tough to sign anyone who is looking for immediate playing time unless they are top-50 caliber player. I can't see CFH going more than eight-deep come Big 12 conference time, and there are eight solid candidates to beat. Not including Sledge, Railey, or Odunsi. Joe Coleman at the U of MN is likely a four-year starter. He might not even sniff the court next year at ISU.
There are a lot of programs (such as the Big 10 team to our East or the one to our North) that have playing time available (read: bad team). We, for the first time in recent memory, aren't in that position.

They have to get Dingle so Walters can say: "Dingle buries it!"

Our new logo symbol could be the shark - we pick up scraps from anywhere.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style. -

Is this kid related to the Xavier Henry that played at KU? IIRC, Henry has grade issues.
