    White and Booker Bench Press

Royce did one rep at 340 and Booker was second at 325. I don't really know whats considered good lifting numbers but to me it seems really impressive. Very excited for both players.

Stevie and Fizer hit 350+ if I remember correctly.

    340 & 325 are still very good.

Those are numbers that only a small handful of past Cyclone b-ball players could attain. For their height/arm length, those a good numbers.

Agree. It will be nice to finally have some toughness in the middle again.

Am I the only one that saw the word "Benching" in the title and immediately thought they were being taken out of the starting line-up?
