    Odunsi down to 3

Maybe he was Wes Eikmieir material. Not too impressive of a list when you consider all the teams that are losing people to the draft and need to fill scholarships late.

I never did understand why people were so down on losing this guy. He never was that impressive of a recruit. Only my opinion though.

    Why no Creighton?
The Republicans and Democrats fighting over who should pay for the deficit, is like two drunks on the Titanic arguing over who should pay the bar tab.

I'd say this late in the game and as someone who was supposedly a nobody (without national attention), those are some decent offers to play ball for a free education.

The value of a recruit goes up a lot in the late signing period because of draft defections. That is why the offers look good. Look at LaDontae Henton, who we are recruiting. He was committed to Dayton, btu we were one of only a handful of Big 6 schools that wanted him before that. Now he is visiting like 3 top 20 programs and set to decide after that. His value has skyrocketed.

In Henton's case, his game has also changed. Either way, he had good offers before the late signing period.

Mmmmm, Butler has to be considered an elite program at this point after two championship appearances. And, Penn State is in a major conference. Not too bad really at this late stage in the recruiting process.

But least according to Rivals he doesn't have an offer from Butler.

My money is on him going to Colorado State. Not a big loss as far as I' concerned but good luck to him, he really seems like a good kid.
"Freddie knows the game," Bird said. "I'm sure he picked up a lot of stuff over the years from different people. College is different from the NBA, but I'm sure he'll do a great job."
