DG to work out for Bucks tomorrow

I spoke to Diante Garrett on the phone last night. He told me that he is going to work out for the Bucks tomorrow. Thought I'd pass that along.

That would be a good landing spot for DG. I think Skiles is going to have Brandon Jennings on a very short leash next year if his shot selection doesn't improve.

It'd be cool for DG to play for the same team that his old man played for.

That's cool. If he gets drafted and makes the team, I'll have to check out a Bucks-Pistons game at The Palace (or whichever team DG is drafted by). I'll be cheering for whichever team DG is drafted by on that day (hopefully it's not the Pistons - I may become a Tigers' and Lions' "fan" upon my move to the Detroit metro a month from now, refuse to cheer for the Pistons or Red Wings out of principle, I don't care if that makes me the most unpopular guy in Michigan)...

I think this would not be a good spot at all for him. Playing on a team that struggles to score and has several ball stoppers (Maggette, Salmons, Gooden) is not an ideal situation for a rookie pg. Skiles also tends to burn teams out by his third or fourth year on the job.

Detroit proper? Give or take a few days, depending on the neighborhood.

Detroit Metro, out by Hall Road (20 Mile Road, or ~20 Miles outside of downtown Detroit), where my family and I are moving to? Probably the next 50 years, depending on personal health, or if the Department of the Army decides to relocate the Tank-automotive and Armaments Command again (unlikely, since the reason why they decided to relocate the 1/3 of the command located at the Rock Island Arsenal in the first place was to have all of it located next to the auto industry). The part of Clinton Township that I am moving to rivals West Des Moines and Clive in terms of "niceness"...
