Justin Hamilton
Justin is now listed as 7'0" 260 lbs on the LSU roster. Justin Hamilton Bio - LSUsports.net - The Official Web Site of LSU Tigers Athletics
Must be part of the reason Garrett Greene (other thread) left the Tigers early.
The only other tall guy on LSU roster (7'2" - 257) is a junior walkon from the marching band.

Re: Justin Hamilton
Still wish he would have come back after Fred arrived.

Re: Justin Hamilton
I wish he'd stayed, too. Nice to see that he kept developing.

He wasn't that big of a game changer.
No physicality at all, struggled to finish at the rim. Could not post up to save his life. And for all the grief DG got for not dunking, Hamilton hardly dunked at all. And when he did, minus the Texas game dunk, it looked weak.

Re: Justin Hamilton
I was and am perfectly content that he left.

Re: Justin Hamilton
The only thing have Ham here would have done was allow Ejim to slide down to his natural position. It also might have meant that Jake Anderson wouldn't have come, which I don't really think is a good trade.

Looking at the improvement DG made under Hoiberg, I'm willing to guess Ham could of improved his game some too. ISU lost somewhere around 10 games by less than 10 points, and a big could have gone along way in some of those games.

Obviously with scholarship situations, that wouldn't be the case.

Re: Justin Hamilton
I think winning 5-10 more games is quite the stretch. That puts ISU at 21+ wins.
Don't forget about what Hamilton posted on facebook after he left.

Don't forget about what Hamilton posted on facebook after he left. I don't forget, I just don't care. I understand being sarcastic after playing for the guy he played for. Everyone who's had a terrible boss has done the exact same thing.

Don't forget about what Hamilton posted on facebook after he left. I guess I have forgotten or never knew, enlighten me. IMO he was solid at best, waste of a schollie at worst, definitely not a game changer.
