The interesting thing to me, is that NWC has rarely (that I've seen) ever really interacted with fans of recruiting schools. After decommitting from l'ville, he visited Mizzou right away, and I haven't heard anything much since. Funny how he suddenly asked Georges to get him cyclone followers.... I don't want to get over-excited, but something is happening...

This would be a TJ recruit correct? Mann nor Abdelmassih was on staff when we began recruiting him a few years ago.. Right?
NWC's recruiting stock has dropped due to performance and injury issues. He did not play in the Peach Jam due to injury. This may help ISU's chances with him. He does have the ability to play different positions but the question is whether he has the skills and athleticism to play any of them well at the high-major level. Prior to his injury, he was not playing that great in the Nike EYBL league.

he is a beast? He is 6'6 175, that is a toothpick, hardly a beast. He better great athleticism and skills to compensate for being so thin.

I know next to nothing about NWC, but wasn't Garrett 6'5" 185...as a senior? He was pretty "beastly" last year, IMHO. Now, he has a motor unlike anyone, but he's not the most athletic. All I'm saying is a kid who's 6'6" and can handle rock is pretty nice.

Shouldn't you be out looking to see if Kirby Van Der Kamp has a new sticker on his car yet? He didn't literally mean that he's on staff. It's just a reference to the fact that Georges has really been actively mentioning Iowa State a lot lately in public places, so it seems like he's on staff. (explanation given in case you are 12 years old, or a hawk fan troll)

I wouldn't call him a toothpick. Sure he's thin, but he's got plenty of size. 6-6 with some PG skills.

Love the size, and his ability to pull up and knock the 3 down. Could see him develop into the DG type if he can drive to the hoop and finish.

It would be great if we could get a player like Webster-Chan, an athletic player than can drive and also shoot from the outside.

I like how ESPN says that if he can be more consistent with his 3 point shot then he will at times be unguardable. Sounds good to me.
