    He's just starting his Jr. year in HS. He's got time to improve, and even grow some more. I tried to follow his statistics (as much as possible) thru summer AAU. They didn't blow me away. I think his projection is based on potential/ upside.

    That said, I wonder if he isn't more of a combo at the college level - which is just fine. I'm really not worried about PG after this year - it appears it is a recruiting priority by this staff.

    SDW, suposedly recruited to be the shooter of this class, also has his shooting listed as "developing." I thought that was a little bit odd.

    I think that might not be up-to-date. I also think he's a streaky shooter: gets hot, and drains everything - sometimes a lot of clanks. We've got the perfect guy for that!

    ISU would be a great choice for Samuel. We really need a top notch PG like him to take over when Luscious graduates. Great opportunity and fit for both parties.

But he already has offers from Rutgers, Villanova, Louisville, Pittsburgh, Oregon State, Cincinnati, Arizona, Penn State, Oklahoma State, Pittsburgh, West Virginia and Temple. That's a pretty good list. Is he waiting for a KU, UNC, or Duke offer?
