I like the way he seals his man away from the rebounds & its quick with his put backs. He's solid & unlike most freshmen. Thought he played very well for the minutes he got. Fred mentioned his D as lacking but thats a given for freshmen too. Go Percy
Not to be positive but he showed up last night. Hope he keeps progressing.
Yes - please don't bring that weak-*** positive **** in here!
He looked good - more comfortable than earlier games in which he only played a few minutes. He appears to have strong hands, a good touch, gets in good position, has good footwork. Sort of the antithesis of Royce and Booker.
Based on last night's play, and the fact that Booker doesn't play the way he looks (down-low, physical), and our guards are great shooters, and that we need boards, putbacks and bunnies........... I would have to put Percy in line for PT after Royce. I know it's one game though...
Looking ahead, think about having Niang and Gibson down low - should have some good fundamental post play.
I know he is going to be a good one. Glad he got some time last night. I was concerned about the fact that, prior to last night, he wasnt seeing any meaningful minutes at all. Against average teams at best.
Im always going to be looking over my shoulder waiting for the transfer bug to sneak back up on me.
"Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinionman"
