For selfish reasons I would like to see this. We have gone to the games at The Barn the last few times the men or women have played there. There always seems to be a decent and very vocal Cyclone representation at the games.

Uh...NO. Why would we ever play at the US Cellular Center that seats 7200 people? You might as well just play in Cedar Falls. There is absolutely no way ISU or Iowa would ever agree to playing in CR.

That, and CR is not centralized within the state like Des Moines. (not to mention the highly disproportiate amt of Hawk fans in eastern Iowa).

I'm curious whether it has anything to do with our lack of consistent intensity. The teams we schedule don't get anyone very fired up. I'm starting to believe that it communicates to the team and the fans what the coaches' expectations really are. They understand that SOS is a factor. If it's not there in front of them, I wonder if that question creeps in.

Of course, as a paying customer, I hate paying only for bottom-feeding teams. Play somebody. Love scheduling the Michigan game. Schedule a couple more games like that.

I forget the details. I think next year is Virginia and Michigan comes the year after that. I might be wrong on the details there.
