If Chris plays the way that he is capable of, this will be the case.
He's by far been the team's biggest underachiever so far this season IMO.

I'd like to see two things. A starter willing to hit the floor, and some blocking out for defensive rebounds.

I just think there was too much hype surrounding him. He was never that great of player at Michigan State. He is definitely a great athlete but I don't think he is a great basketball player. I would rate him as good and I think he has been that since he has been here. I have never seen anything that suggests he is going to be any better than what he has been.

The other problem with Chris is that he is not a great shooter but thinks he is. He shoots under 40% from the field for his career.

Yeah. I think Allen inflates the numbers usually though, then followed by SC. Allen has potential, but his shot selection has just not been good on average.

Chris Allen's biggest asset will be running point guard and not shooting. He might as well get started with assist making. Frankly Scotty and Chris Babb are now not shooting as well as we expected.

After tonight's performance alone, Allen is second the team in scoring on the season at 12.9. Royce is at 14.2.

When you chuck up shots every time you have the ball, that will happen.
