This kid looks really impressive but I thought that about sledge and hes riding the bench in his first yr

I'm with you. Based on our guard depth, and his perceived skills, I think Georges will play more than Long, Okoro, and SDW. 10+ sounds about about right (possibly conservative even).

My early prediction is that Niang will be a 4-year starter at Iowa State. He'd be an ideal addition to this team right now. Georges is a guy who will do the little things well.

I sure hope so! I get giddy when I think about future rosters. Namely with the bigs on the block. (Royce and Georges) a lot of muscle there...

He may not start right away. But don't be surprised if he gets some starts later on in the season. He's got the best post moves out of anybody on our team we will need him in there.
