Hoiberg interview during Wolves-Bucks 12.27.11
Says he is on a recruiting trip... didn't know there was a game in town until his son informed him of it.
Commented on how the Wolves look like an exciting team and will be good.
Gave praise to Royce White leading the team in points, rebounds, and assists... says we lack a point guard, and that we are a work in progress.
Commentators went on to say more great things about him as a player, coach, friend, family man...
Nothing new but a nice little commercial for Fred and ISU.

His recruiting trip was to watch 2013 PG Matt Thomas (Onalaska, WI) as they played in the Wisconsin Shootout.

Shooting guards graduate. They need to be replaced.

I think you were thinking no more combo guards.

One of them lists ISU as his favorite. He's pretty good. We will also have Naz Long and/ or Tavon Sledge on the roster. The Canadians RAVE about Long, and insist he is wry underrated by US scouting.
By the time the 2013 class gets on campus, we will have lost to graduation all of our current SGs: Allen, Christopherson, Babb, & McGee. We will hopefully have Sherron Dorsey-Walker in playing shape, bu after that, we won't have any pure shooters.
We need some shooters in the 2013 class.

We need some shooters in the 2013 class. 7 point guards is not enough. We need at least 8.

I'm more concerned about bigs than anything else.
