Land Of lions... Royce white?

ok so maybe my twitter people can help me out. Royce white has a tattoo that says "land of lions" and tweets it a ton. does anyone have any idea what it means?

I would speculate that it has something to do with the Lion being the top of the food chain. That kind of leads into wanting to be the best. I don't really know.

I'm assuming it means to be the best and to "eat" the competition just like that tattoo on his shoulder portrays.

I would love to see/hear Hilton chanting "Land of Lions" in response to a big play by Royce!

i was thinking the exact same thing. i know in volleyball everyone would yell BOOM! when a certain player served. it would be awesome if "land of lion" or just "lion" was chanted when white came into the game or something

I know he went to Hopkins High School, and their school was the Lions but I'm not sure if thats where it originated

For me, it's funny because I always thought royce looked like a lion, and then he tweets that..
