Saw this too in one of the team huddles during a timeout after he drained a three sometime in the last 6-7 minutes to stay close. Scotty was very animated and appeared to be challenging his teammates to similarly prove their manhood. It was almost Fran-like.

He wants to go out a winner.

He said "It is our F-ing time" to pump our team during timeout. I def caught it on ESPNU. It was hilarious.

It can be Taunting after he makes a three. You see alot more guys in the pros doing it than in College ball from the games I have seen. I personally like it better than pounding your chest like a complete idiot.

I'd like to join the group who doesn't know what the hand sign meant. It's fun to see him gesture to the crowd, but I don't know what he's trying to say.
