If you make the plays down the stretch, you deserve to win! No one is going to convince me that we deserved to lose this game. Key defensive stops and big offensive possessions in the last 3 minutes - love it!

Agree - we finished this game.

Sure we all know we could have done better. But in bb you have down nights - we had a down night BUT picked up the win! Learn, improve and move onto the next victory!

uhhh, no we didn't. Without MAJOR help from an inept OSU team down the stretch, we lose to maybe the worst team in the league.

Disagree. Beyond Tyrus, and to a certain extent Scotty, this team does not understand what it means to play with a sense of urgency. That means playing hard for 40 minutes. If I see anymore homerun trots from this team I am going to flip.

Not everybody is "glass half empty" as you are. I cant believe you said in the other thread that this isn't a tourney team. The way we played vs Missouri and Kansas proved otherwise.

Good teams get "lucky." Reminds me of the 2000 game against an awful Nebraska team (granted that was on the road), but that team also didn't have a Keaton Page.

ADVERSITY

We almost dropped our 3 game after being up at half in all of them.
The other team gets going and it's easy to think here we go again and just let go.
But they found a way back - take it and build!

If Fred is interested in winning any more games this year, he's telling the team right now that if they play like that against a halfway decent Big 12 team, we lose by 20 pts. That is a fact.

Playing like this will get us another win or two tops this season. Hope you are all ok with that!

Seriously... put the kool-aid down. Nobody on this team plays with any pride or heart besides Scotty and McGee IMO. Not even Royce. He looks like he doesn't care in these games we're "supposed" to win by double digits. You can't do that.

Allen is really bad. I'm starting to think that Babb is only good for defense anymore. Ejim might as well sit on the bench if he isn't going to contribute. You get the point. If not for the heart, desire, and pride of Scotty and McGee, we'd really be in a world of hurt.

Ohhh wait... I left out Bubu. He plays with heart and pride too. He's proud to be a Cyclone and it means something to him. I'm not getting that feeling from a lot of these guys. Sorry. I'm just not.

I can only be hopeful that this crazy win can light some kind of fire under these guys and get them going, but I've said that too many times this year already to believe it will happen.
