I really don't remember seeing anyone leave, but then I wasn't paying a ton of attention to that. I think it's safe to say no one in 205 left.

I went to the RR at the 8 minute time out and people were leaving. Couldn't believe it

Get there in the 3rd, leave in the 6th.

Re: People leaving with 2 min left to beat traffic...
I saw a few leaving the balcony to watch down low for the last two minutes, but I didn't see many leave Hilton.

Maybe we're slowly becoming a "football school."

Re: People leaving with 2 min left to beat traffic...
I'm guessing anyone leaving all the way with 8 minutes had to be up early tomorrow and had a drive to do. I hate leaving before the game is decided, but these 8pm starts suck, and it sucks that we have only one weekday conference home game with a start before 8. When the games start this late, people are going to leave early. I just dropped my 12 and 14 y\o sisters off at home about 10 minutes ago (after a brief pit stop on the way home), and they have to be up in 5 hours. Hard to blame anyone who might have to get up early tomorrow.
Its funny that people act like this is a hilton only thing though. More people dont leave than at other arenas. More people do, however, go to stand on the concourse (mostly because not all places have an inner concourse like we do)

Re: People leaving with 2 min left to beat traffic...
One thing I notice is the traffic directors tend to let one lane empty out before letting a another one go. It sucks if you are caught in the one not going. If they would rotate a little better then no one would really feel "stuck" in the traffic situation.

Seems like that intersection holds everything up quite a bit.

Great post. I'm with you. We all make choices for whatever reasons. While to a fanatic missing an exciting game or "laying it all out there for your team" is the #1 goal, folks need to do what they need to do. I think of the folks who bought $99 tickets...it's great they picked some up....but the argument of "if you spent the money, make it worth your while" doesn't necessarily hold water....it's like $5 a game. If I had a younger child, a big work commitment, or something else, I'd leave too...listen to the call by John on the radio on the way home.
As i read this, i was thinking......aren't the folks who were saying we were the worst team ever, etc on this board with a few minutes left in the game "leaving" their team in a different way?
