Chris Williams confirmed Matt Thomas will be here this weekend for our sold out game against KU...It'd be awesome if one of you could make a sign for him, I would but can'tt make it, I live 2 hours away and have prior commitments. This his is his 4-5th visit here and might be the biggest chance to show him how crazy Hilton is (sold out game against KU). It'd be nice to see some support for this kid to try and finally get him to just commit. Just an idea!
I might consider this if I hadn't just wasted all of my color printer ink on my poster. I think it's a good idea though.
I don't know how basketball works, but I've had a couple friends that were "recruited" to play football here. (By "recruited" I mean, they were good high school football players that garnered just enough attention to make a trip...anyway) They said that the athletic department would have signs pre-made for the "big name" recruits and handed them to kids in the front row of the student section. Don't know if bball works that way though.
Great idea nonetheless.
