I just wanted to throw this out there because I haven't heard anyone mention it. I think RW's defense on KUs high pick and roll is one of THE reasons we won today. It is such an unbelievable luxury to have a big guy that can hedge that screen and/or switch the screen and is able to keep the guard in front of him. Don't think he gets enough credit for this.

I don't believe Booker was allowed to shoot much at Southern Illinois.... part of the reason he left was that he thought he wasn't being used very well or getting the PT he should get.
Well, he was 3-19 in two years so that's not great no matter how you slice it. I can see why the coach's maybe weren't thrilled about him shooting threes at that point.
Why isn't Gibson playing?
He's completely in over his head defensively. The game is still too fast for him...like you'd expect from a freshman.Quote:
