I don't really see Babb and White as leaders of this team. Probably the best two players on the squad. SC is by far the leader. At the OSU game after a couple of lackluster efforts on the defense SC got in the huddle and called out each player. He really got in a couple of players faces. Probly couldn't see this on TV, but was obvious if you were at the game. Saw the same thing during the KU game too. The team really responded and played harder after that. I think he will be a huge loss next year. More than people think.[/
Babb is a leader with out saying a word.
next year-McGee
following 3-Niang
Agree. Babb is a leader in defensive effort and pride. I think Clyburn leads in scoring next year. I think Royce will be a momentum- getter. Tyrus will be about effort and being vocal- just as he is this year. Lucious will be a floor general - as a PG should.
We will have a team full of leaders - each having a role.
Royce White promised to Korie Lucious that he would play a season with him so that means he is coming back next year. I will say that Royce will be the leader
Mark it down now. Korie Lucious is and will be the floor general. I have a guy awfully close to the team that says he has the respect of the team now.
Also mark it down that the best pure NBA player on the team is and will be Will Clyburn. The future is bright.
Also think we really need to give props to whatever coach figured out in the K State game that Scottie can NOT play the point. The second half adjustment back to C Allen and Royce was just what the doctor ordered. There has been a lot of bashing of C Allen but without him vs K State we don't win.
