I thought the nudge was meant as a move to try and pump him back up after ripping into him. Kinda the get your butt chewed and end it with "now go kick some butt out there" type of talk.

Anyone know about what time it happened in the game? I must've missed it, but have it on DVR.

If by "America" you are referring to CybyAssociation and other phony hock trolls, yes. What a bunch of sissies/*******.

I'd love to see Fred get that fired up at one of the officials for once instead of one of his players. I dont even think it was "over the top", just unnecessary. Of course, you may hear that and think that I said Fred went all Woody Hayes on CA. I apologize for being a sissy. But whinny? What am I, a horse?

Re: Anybody have a clip of the Hoiberg "shove"
You know it's funny how every body wants to talk about the "shove' but not one comment that CA went to Fred as play began and I'm guessing letting him know he was wrong. He talked for about 15 seconds and I would guess in Fred's eyes that gained him time back on the floor.
It amazes me how everyone wants to jump on one thing and we have waited for years to see some REAL positives come out of Hilton. Guys (and gals) take it from someone who has had season tickets since the '70's. Something special is developing in Hilton and it is a lot more fun to look at the good things than rip every little wart. Go Cyclones!!

I only post to call out the trolls. You are either a troll or a really poor excuse for a fan.

Roughly 3:47 left in 1st half.If you recorded from ESPN you'll only see a couple seconds, then when they get back to the game it's shown again for a couple seconds. That teaching moment shouldn't even warrant a thread on here.CA was holding on CFH's coat the whole time and CFH didn't shove him as much as push him while holding onto his jersey. It was almost like he was thinking "I hate to do this but I gotta get your attention."

Yeah, Fred also clapped hands with him and patted him on the back later in the game when he was coming off the floor. Situation addressed and then it was over.
