    Babb, lock down defender

Kind of lost in all this (by me too) was that McGruder from K State went 5-16 for 11 points. Another great job by Chris Babb!

And at least 2 or 3 of the 5 were on run outs in transition.

    Re: Babb, lock down defender

Babb has sacrificed alot to do the job he is doing. Basically everything that outsiders thought would go wrong with the team, the exact opposite has happened. Defined roles have developed with a lock down defender in Babb, a go-to guy in White, a 6th man in Tyrus. Scotty is the better than you think when you look at him white guy, and Allen is Mr. Cool.

Throw in some un-selfish role players Ejim, Booker, and Gibson and we've just got a solid squad going right now.

The best TF and LE era teams all had these defined roles develop, McWorthless teams never developed any kind of identity whatsoever.

Did a heck of a job, looked like he might have been cramping up at the end, probably was just exhausted.

We have the best defender, offensive threat, and sixth man in the Big 12. And the best upcoming coach.

    Great win boys!

Hoiberg said after the game on the radio that he has a huge blister on his foot that was bothering him.

Does he have a shot at the NBA?
Lock down defender that can get hot from three. Sounds like a solid roll player in the NBA to me.
