Re: Chris Allen's Plan
Of course they want to make a run at the national title.

Re: Chris Allen's Plan
Anyone else notice after the final buzzer Wed night Chris run and grab his teammates and drag them back over to shake K-States hands?

I love the confidence Chris has, and he is 100% correct that the February games will be the place the foundation of confidence for a deep run in the tournament is made.
I'm going to sit back and enjoy the ride, because I love to watch this team and being a witness to the turn-around in Cyclone basketball! Absolutely right. I love Allen's attitude. He knows this is his last shot, and he wants to make the most of it.

Re: Chris Allen's Plan
Hello?! You play to win the game!!
In all seriousness the only reason Allen is qualified to talk about this is because he played for MSU previously. When it comes to playing hard for a full 40, playing selfless and not making mistakes, I think he should follow Babb's lead. I think if everybody on the team played as hard as Babb, we'd be a top 15 team.

Re: Chris Allen's Plan
Well Chris has been to 2 final fours in 3 years of college basketball. he really don't know anything else.
Nobody but HB knows for sure. You pretty much know nothing....like Knownothing would like to say.

Re: Chris Allen's Plan
I love it, hell anything can happen in March. I'd be scared to play us in the tournament, especially if our shooters get hot.

There is NOTHING wrong with what he said. Let me ask you guys this: Do you believe there is a team out there that we can't compete with? Because personally, I don't.

Yes, we can compete with anyone!

Re: Chris Allen's Plan
The first step to getting to a goal is setting it. That's what he's done.
I applaud him, and I'm glad he's a believer. From what I've seen the last couple of games, he's buying in, too. I was a big fan of Allen early, but fell off that bandwagon. I am slowly climbing back on.
Interviews like this strengthen the faith I have in him to lead this team. Keep it up, Chris.

Re: Chris Allen's Plan
If UNI can beat Kansas in the Sweet 16, we can beat anyone this year.
