    What bothers me, and excites me at the same time

    I find myself thinking this about the MBB team; we are 6-3, and not playing particularly well.

    I am not sure how I feel about that. On one hand it makes me think we could fall apart down the stretch. But, what i think is going to happen, is that this team is on the verge or taking the step from good to great. When we really play well, not only do I think there is no team in our league that we can't beat, I don't think that there is a team in the league that we couldn't put a beating on and win by 15+.

    I think this team is about to go 1999-2000 all over again....

    If I remember correctly, the 2000 squad usually didn't show up until the end of the game. Then they dominated.

    This is why I'm leary to think about just how far we could go if we get an NCAA bid, nothing against the guys but they've knocked off some tough teams without really playing great. In each of our last few games we've had guys show up and disappear but managed to get W's, it shows just how deep we are and just how great we can be if we start firing on all cylinders.
    The only bigger turnoff than finding out a woman smokes, is finding out she's a Husker fan.

    I keep hearing we didn't play that well and still won against KU and KSU. Sometimes the other team makes you not play well. Their fans say they did not play well. Maybe our team made them not play well.
    Nobody but HB knows for sure. You pretty much know nothing....like Knownothing would like to say.

    Ku and ksu defenses were a big part of the reason why it looked like we "werent playing well". Tough defensive teams.
