This is a real test for Freddy if you ask me. We almost lost to these guys at home, I'll be interested to see his gameplan.

I just bet a few credits on the Cyclones. So that means the Pokes will win by two.

Is Jurick still hurt? That would be huge for us.

Re: Gottlieb Previews the ISU vs OK st game
If you saw the way gotlieb opened his yapper on Royce's anxiety on twitter you'll understand the strong dislike.
That plus his analysis has been wrong on isu this year quite a bit.

People on here just seem to think that anytime someone has an opinion that isnt praising this team, they automatically hate ISU. He has the same opinion about ISU that all of us fans had about 2 months ago, he is just slower to change his tune considering the issues this team had early on
Yep, OSU beat MIZZOU when the Tigers traveled down there. This will not be an easy win and I don't fault any national pundits for picking against us.

If he's wrong all the time about ISU then it's a good thing he's still picking against us.

Re: Gottlieb Previews the ISU vs OK st game
He is going to pick us to lose until we finally do so he can feel right about us once, then he might give us credit.

Re: Gottlieb Previews the ISU vs OK st game
Doug sets himself up to be disliked because his analysis lacks depth and it typically lacks any merit to back it up. He calls Kansas one of the least talented Kansas teams he can remember. Really?
Does Jeff Withey remind you of anybody? Greg Ostertag, Scot Pollard, Cole Aldrich, Raef Lafrentz, Eric Chenowith, Sasha Kaun, etc.... (7 footer that rebounds, blocks shots, and scores a bunch of garbage baskets under the hoop)
Does Thomas Robinson remind you of anybody? Nick Collison, the Morris twins, Drew Gooden, Wayne Simien, etc... (dominant power forward that can put up monster numbers, blocks shots, excellent rebounder, player of the year candidate)
Does Tyshawn Taylor remind you of anybody? Jacque Vaughn, Kirk Hinrich, Sharron Collins, Mario Chalmers, etc... (guard that can push the tempo, knocks down an insane number of shots, can penetrate defenses like a hot knife through butter, creates a bunch of steals, doesn't turn it over often, and is usually one of the best guards in the conference and or country)
Does Connor Teahan remind you of anybody? Brady Morningstar, Tyrel Reed, Rex Walters, Jerod Hasse, Jeff Boschee, etc... (the goofy white guy that looks like he has absolutely no business playing for the Kansas Jayhawks, can't defend all that well, can't rebound well, not a threat to drive to the basket unless the defense completely falls asleep, but is a silent assassin that roams around the 3 point line just waiting for an opportunity to start raining 3's on any opponent that forgets he is on the court)
This years Kansas team is an exact replica of nearly every Kansas team that has come before them. Similar talent, similar players with similar skill sets, etc....
To call them the least talented Kansas team in memory is pretty far off base.
