    Jake Sullivan >=< Keiton Page?

    Being an ISU homer... I'll say >. Jake seemed to be a little better passer and had a mid-range game that Page lacks.

    Speaking of Jake, has the ice been broken since McDermott left?

    I think Sullivan was a better pure shooter, but to me Paige is much quicker.

    I don't think Sullivan spends his free time searching for rings.

    Paige is a better ball handler and passer, more of a true PG. Jake was a pure shooter. I'd give Paige an edge.
    The only bigger turnoff than finding out a woman smokes, is finding out she's a Husker fan.

    I don't think there is that much of a difference to really make that judgement. Sullivan was a much better all around player, I don't think that is debateable. Paige is a good role player, where as Sullivan was an exceptional role player and an all-right do everything guy.

    Have you seen Paige play? Against anyone with a defensive pulse he has been very average at everything but shooting. And this is the first year he has shown any ability to do anyhting BUT shoot. Sullivan was far better all around, but he was not good enough to be the man, which is what we asked him to do after his freshman year.

    Jake just seemed to be in slow motion most of the time, when the ball was in his hands it stopped. I think a lot of it could have been to Jake being asked to do too much because lets face it he didn't have much talent around him, and he should have never been a PG. I do think Paige has no business being called a role player. he may be a one trick pony but he's the heart and soul of Okie st's team this year.

    Jake got to the rim quite a few times as off-guard iirc.

    Paige was shooing out of his mind against ISU, and was aided a lot by some really, really bad illegal picks on the man covering him. I talking pulling guard down field blocking, it was crazy bad.

    Re: Jake Sullivan >=< Keiton Page?

    Sullivan was better. Shot a higher percentage from 3 and from the line. Sullivan slightly better at mid range game.

    At the same time Page is 5'9 and Sullivan was 6'0 so you gotta give Page a ton of credit

    Page gets to the FT line a tiny bit more and is on pace to have a few more career assists than Jake. Jake was much better from the 3 point line though, shooting 42% for his career and made 270. Page is a 36% shooter from 3 for his career and has made 255 so far.

    Page is the king of the pump fake, get your guy in the air, jump INTO him, flail your arms, shoot 3 free throws.

    And that's not a bad thing

    I never want to see him play ISU again after today. That's a compliment.
