    I think we better win all of our home games plus first round in the tourney. If not, I will be very nervous on Selection Sunday. Losing at home to ATM, OU or Tech would be unacceptable. Beating BU at home could be a nice top 10 win and would pretty much seal the deal, but I would like a tourney win also.

    Last night was an opportunity to almost punch our ticket. Now we have more work to do.

    MU is a terrible matchup for us, so I cannot see winning at MU or Baylor. KState is the best chance at a road victory. They have a brutal four game stretch coming that could really cause them to lay down the rest of year if they go on a losing streak.

    The last three games, IMO, will be the toughest stretch we see all season:

    @ K-State
    @ Mizzou
    Baylor

    If we can go, at least, 2-1 in this stretch, we should make a deep run through the Big 12 Tournament and even the NCAA Tournament.

    Of our 7 losses so far this season...

    3 were against Top 15 (at the time) teams: Michigan, KU, Mizzou
    3 were Tuesday games on the road (short turn-around): Drake, Texas, OSU
    The other was UNI.

    The remaining schedule has one remaining road game with a short turnaround - at highly ranked Baylor on Monday 2/13. I'm guessing that is a pretty solid loss. Everything else is up for grabs.
    You can spend a lot of time and money picking out the perfect floral bouquet for your date ... but you're probably better off checking if you have bad breath and taking the porn out of the glove compartment.

    The moral: you gain more by not being stupid, than you do by being smart. Smart gets neutralized by other smart people. Stupid does not.

    17 now plus 4 regular season and 1 BTT win. Not exactly how many wins we need to get in but more of how many I think we will win. 21-22 SHOULD get us in though but you never know...
