The Last Three Games...
@ KSU
@ Mizzou
vs. Baylor
It's probly the toughest stretch of games we will have had all year. Which one's the most winnable? Which one gives us a better resume heading into the NCAA Tournament. What needs to be done to be successful?

Kansas State is our best chance, they are due for a home game let down. Next in line, I would say the Baylor game for the revenge reason + home.

Your thoughts... @ Mizzou would be the best win for our resume, no question. Highest ranking and on the road.

Re: The Last Three Games...
I think the best chance is Baylor. Home game and I though we played with them on the road for awhile but played one of the worst games we had for a long time.
Obviously beating Missouri gives us the better resume.

Re: The Last Three Games...
Hilton Magic should help lock in the win vs. Baylor, but a win in Columbia would be a great boost on the ol' resume.

Re: The Last Three Games...
Baylor is also Sr night. SC and CA should be fired up.

Re: The Last Three Games...
I think winning any of those games would give us a big resume boost.

Re: The Last Three Games...
All of those games are winnable, but all of them are tough. Our guys are going to have to go into each one with a chip on their shoulder, and with focus.

Re: The Last Three Games...
Any win would be huge. If we could somehow find a way to win 2, we could be looking at a very good seed in the dance. 1 and there's no chance we'll be left out.

Re: The Last Three Games...
Baylor is our best chance IMO. All of them are possible tough.

Somebody needs to hold Vitale to his word. The home game against Baylor should show him what ISU basketball is all about.
They might even let him eat at Johnnies? -
Re: The Last Three Games...
I feel like K-State gave us the blueprint to beat Mizzou - big lineup, be physical, crash the offensive glass. Don't know if we have the team or defensive effort to duplicate that, but it seems like a better plan than trying to matchup a small lineup with their guard play.

Re: The Last Three Games...
I think we win at least 1 of these last 3. Not sure which one, but we'll come out stroking it from 3-pt land and we'll be very tough to beat

I have been a CF follower for years, but rarely post, be nice.
YES, I 100% believe we could win these next three games. However, would we be better off losing all three? Right now we are in the dreaded 30-40 range which puts us as a 8/9 seed.
We need to either win out or lose out, otherwise we are a 8/9 seed.
I love the idea of us being a 10-12 seed! We are a match up nightmare with Royce and our 3 point shooting come tournament time. Realistically, we are a 5-7 seed. No one takes into account that we were a new team and everyone was figuring out their role during the non-conference(much more so than any other team). Drake & UNI would be wins with this team now, putting us easily in the 25-30 range.
We get out of this 8/9 seed we can make a run in the tournament. If we don't we will match up against either Kentucky or Syracuse. I don't like those match ups.
What do you think?
