The ESPNU guys were saying how Royce got a lucky bounce on the dribble between the TT players legs. At full speed it is pretty hard to see that he did that on purpose. Definately should have been a highlight on ESPN last night. I could see a guard doing that, but not a 270 pound power forward. It is amazing to watch RW's ability to just mitt the ball as it comes off the floor when dribbling, and throw a pass.
It was deliberate. It made it a more difficult play when it ricocetted off the leg.
So, does Royce have to do this again to prove it was legit. They do this in the pros....
I agree with you, it was legit...BUT...for arguments sake, lets just say it wasn't "legit".
Wouldn't that make it more difficult? Because if it wasn't legit it means he lost the dribble, ball bounced off a guys leg, then through his legs, & Royce was still able to get it back & dunk it.
Wouldn't it technically be an easier play if he had actually meant to do that?
Soccer hater? Rooney's goal was a top 10 of the decade and one of the few retired from Sports Center's Play of the Week competition. I forgive you, I hate baseball.
