I think his shutdown capability is vastly overpowering his streaky shooting...in fact, i think his focus on defense gets even better when he's not shooting...
MY guess is McGruder....in the last 5 games, when he's not led the team in scoring theyve either struggled or lost....

Last night was awesome. Babb put that Nurse punk from Tech on lockdown in the second half. On one possession in particular for Tech Nurse was running Babb all over the floor, running him into screens, driving him into all the traffic in the paint and when he finally got to the 3 point line out on the wing... Babb was right there in his face. Nurse simply threw his arms up in the air as if to say "I give up!" Babb is an eraser.
I'm kind of worried about guarding Angel Rodriguez. That dude was eating us up until he fouled out. He's too quick for Scotty.
I would imagine McGee will see some extra playing time. He definitely has the speed and athleticism to keep Rodriguez in front of him. Let's also hope the officials are blowing the whistle on all of the moving screens the bigs from Purple Kansas like to use so much. If they aren't calling them it gives Rodriguez a much easier path to the basket.

True. We need to find a way to keep him out of the lane without helping off, as helping off gives them the pass option as well as better rebounding position. Tyrus or Bubu?
