Interesting web site
www.ncaabbrankings.com
If you go to "tournament profiles" tab, you can enter in 2 teams and it compares them with key wins, key losses and then gives you a predicted outcome if they played at home, on the road and at a neutral site.
BTW, ISU no key losses.

Re: Interesting web site
It also has Indiana with no Key losses, or Wisconsin. I don't know what a key loss is if you lose to an Iowa, or a Drake and it isn't a key loss.
“They're very, very hard to guard,” Notre Dame head coach Mike Brey said. “They're really good. And with Niang in the middle kind of wheeling and all those guys spreading you out, they're kind of a nightmare matchup. And they're men. They're really men.” -

Yeah that site isn't the greatest, but it does well with spreads on upcoming games
I'll take 50-50 on Baylor here.

Yeah, I don't quite understand that either. It appears to factor in location and point differential. For example, it shows Iowa's loss to Ohio State as a bad loss - I assume because they got beat by 29 points.

Took me a while to figure out the spreads, but when it shows say ISU +6 it means ISU favored to win by 6, not like Vegas point spreads where it would mean ISU getting 6.

CycFan,
I'm the owner of the website you linked above and thanks to you guys for not completely destroying it upon first look. I agree with most of your criticisms (Texas ahead of ISU and the bad losses feature in the tournament profiles). I'll keep working to improve these features, but sadly it will probably remain that way for the rest of this season. Anyway if you have any other questions about how the site works I'd be happy to answer those and thanks again, it's very cool to see a site I built from scratch get discussed on a team board.
