I'm sure it's CBS that keeps it running, but it looks like maybe the NCAA is charging the fee.

Not everyone has cable. There are threads on this board all the time asking for streams, even when it's a game televised on ESPN2.

Some games may be on TruTV which isn't a basic cable or basic satellite channel. Therefore ISU may not be available to all. Or if you wanna watch other games.

I live in a market where ISU won't be shown, or I might be at work when they play. So a free code, is cool with me.
