    It will give you a code. Follow the link, input the code. Gives you access to watch all the March Madness games online. While supplies last is what I read so text quickly. Otherwise CBS is going to charge 3.99 to watch all the March Madness games.

    I'm sure it's CBS that keeps it running, but it looks like maybe the NCAA is charging the fee.
